Getting Started
This tool helps assess trauma-related symptoms and provides evidence-based treatment recommendations. Follow these simple steps to complete your assessment:
Step 1: Client Profile
- Enter your age
- Indicate whether you've experienced trauma
- Specify how long you've had symptoms
- Describe how symptoms affect your daily life
Step 2: Select Assessments
- PCL-5 (Required): Assesses PTSD symptoms according to DSM-5-TR
- ITQ (Recommended): Assesses PTSD and Complex PTSD according to ICD-11
- Additional Screenings (Recommended): Depression, anxiety, substance use, and sleep
Step 3: Complete Assessments
Answer all questions honestly based on your experiences in the specified timeframe. Most assessments ask about the past month or past two weeks.
Step 4: Review Results
Your results will include:
- Assessment scores with interpretations
- Diagnostic results comparing DSM-5-TR and ICD-11 criteria
- Personalized treatment recommendations
- Safety considerations and crisis resources
Step 5: Export and Share
Export your results as a PDF or DOCX file to share with your healthcare provider.
