Getting Started

This tool helps assess trauma-related symptoms and provides evidence-based treatment recommendations. Follow these simple steps to complete your assessment:

Step 1: Client Profile

  • Enter your age
  • Indicate whether you've experienced trauma
  • Specify how long you've had symptoms
  • Describe how symptoms affect your daily life

Step 2: Select Assessments

  • PCL-5 (Required): Assesses PTSD symptoms according to DSM-5-TR
  • ITQ (Recommended): Assesses PTSD and Complex PTSD according to ICD-11
  • Additional Screenings (Recommended): Depression, anxiety, substance use, and sleep

Step 3: Complete Assessments

Answer all questions honestly based on your experiences in the specified timeframe. Most assessments ask about the past month or past two weeks.

Step 4: Review Results

Your results will include:

  • Assessment scores with interpretations
  • Diagnostic results comparing DSM-5-TR and ICD-11 criteria
  • Personalized treatment recommendations
  • Safety considerations and crisis resources

Step 5: Export and Share

Export your results as a PDF or DOCX file to share with your healthcare provider.
